Before you write to us
Do I need to book in advance, or can I just walk in?
We recommend booking in advance through Booksy or WhatsApp to guarantee your preferred time, especially for hair colour and beauty treatments that take longer. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability, but booking ahead avoids any wait
What languages do you speak?
We assist clients in English, Spanish, Russian and French, both at the studio and via WhatsApp or Booksy. So explaining the cut, colour or treatment you want is never the hard part
Where are you located?
We're at Calle Salvador Dalí, 20, Local 11, Dehesa de Campoamor, Orihuela Costa, easy to reach from Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. It's a real physical studio: you can come in and talk to us directly
What nail services do you offer?
From a classic manicure to gel and shellac, plus nail reinforcement and full nail reconstruction, and the same range for pedicures. Check our Nails section above for the full list, or ask us directly on WhatsApp
Can I get my hair done the same day as a manicure?
In most cases yes: hair and nail appointments run independently, so it's often possible to combine them in the same visit. Just let us know when booking so we can plan the timing
What about the facial and body treatments?
Facial and body treatments are offered through Kristina's Beauty Ceremony, based at the same studio. These are booked directly with Kristina via WhatsApp or Instagram, separately from nail and hair appointments
How do I book, and can I just ask for information first?
You can book directly on Booksy, or message us on WhatsApp if you'd like more information first: asking doesn't commit you to anything. We reply as soon as we can, usually the same day
